The cooked turkey crown I weighed on my scales,the weight was 630g to be precise - the turkey crown is definitely enough for 2 people - I have half leftover for another day.I wrapped the cold cooked turkey in cling film and then wrapped fresh Kitchen Foil around as well and then stored in the Fridge.

The dinner as shown in my photo amounts to no more than 1.500 calories - I only had 300g of turkey breast meat - half of the cooked turkey crown.

I roasted the turkey crown from frozen,hence it too 3 hours and 30 minutes to cook.

Is possible to roast the raw peeled potatoes on the top shelf of the oven at Gas Mark 7 for 1 hour and 30 minutes,turning the potatoes over after 45 minutes.Roast potatoes seem to roast well on the bottom shelf of the oven - roast well even after 4 hours.Too turn the oven up to Gas Mark 8 for a last 30 minutes of roasting on the top shelf of the oven,it is important too turn the potatoes over after 15 minutes - over crispy roast potatoes are not necessarily good.
