Hello Owen, I got the recipe from metabolic medicine/weight and wellness center recipe book, and this is the 3rd time am trying out this recipe and it came out perfect; also you can notice that I use 1tbsp of plain yogurt and 1/4 cup of coconut oil to moist the bread and it worked well. Dear Vivian, Thanks for detailed explanation on the recipe. Could you please add "Bread" to the list of ingredients so that we understand what type of bread you use for this meal.
