white colour because of the coconut... usko zyada cook karne ki zarurath nhi hoti, ek, doh minute mai cook hojati hai woh, aur tawa acha wala jo exclusively dosa banane keliye use karte hai wahi karey, aur water consistency be teek honi chahiye bhut zyada patla raha batter thabbi teek se nhi ayegi..too much water na add karey
