Thanks Yui. Without boasting, it is pretty tasty but rather less “Spring-y” than my recent courgette risotto. Then again, it’s been a beautiful but cold day. Had I had some fresh parsley in, I’d have added it but then not the Truffle Oil, which adds its own thing and it’s really either or, coz sometimes one can add in too much. John
