Okay, now I swear these apps can all read minds. I was literally just THINKING about how I have t made carrot cake in forever and how delicious it sounds right now, then BOOM this recipe is the first one on the page when I open up Cookpad. You house will be full of the amazing smell. If you live with your family or some other people, just the smell will bring a joy to them. This is one of my recipes that I am proud of. Stephie, you can cook it this weekend.

Just one advice. Do not be stingy with Carrot. You need 3 cups tightly packed grated Carrots.

I will make sure the carrots are nice and tightly packed in. I just bought a big package of nice, large carrots this evening to make sure I have plenty. 😁
The only thing I will leave out is the nuts because my kids don't like them. I am so excited to make this! It really has been too long since I've made a carrot cake!

I bookmarked your cream cheese frosting recipe too. I have another cream cheese frosting recipe, but I think it is only fitting that I use your frosting recipe with your cake recipe.

This reply might be too late. 20cm or 22cm square tin or any tin in similar size would be fine. I often use 18cm x 27.5cm tin.
