I just made your recipe this morning following the directions exactly.
Will it work to use 3 or 4 pans for the loaves rather than 6?
I would like my loaves to rise a little higher and I don't have room in my proofer for 6 loaves. Thanks for your help.

Rising Creek Bakery in Mt. Morris uses my family's recipe https://risingcreekbakery.com/ they are the ones that sell it dried. But they do ship the loaves as well.

if my starter is healthy and bubbly but its late and im tired can i strain the liquid and bake with it tomorrow my timing is terrible

I wouldn't strain it until you're ready to use it.
