how many g or ml is the 1 can of evaporated milk? also, is it okay to use chicken liquid concentrate instead of chicken seasoning powder?

Its totally fine to use chivken liquid concentrated. Just add salt if needed. I used buillion or chicken seasoning powder bcos i have it in my pantry for seasoning on daily basis. Bought in big bag like a kg or more. This recipe is very flexible and i hope u like it as much as we do.😊

thank you! your reply was just in time, I'm making this dish tomorrow for dinner with my housemates! I'll remember to let you know how it goes, hopefully I don't mess it up haha! also, would the frying be deep frying or would just a lot of oil in pan frying be enough?

😊 I hope u and your friends enjoy it as much as we do! 😊 and u can fry the chicken anyhow u want as long as its fried and cooked. Just avoid overfrying as u may end up with overcooked tough meat. Have fun cooking Amanda! 😊

So sorry for this late reply. Was not able to log in for a while. 1 can of evaporated milk is 384ml. Any can of evaporated milk can be used even if its slightly less. The sauce is very creamy. Feel free to add a bit of water if u want. Hope it helps 😊😊😊
