Thanks Yui. It was also nice as a cold leftover slice. My first attempt at guinea fowl today 🤞. We’ve just decided to have dinner at lunchtime so that we can “enjoy” the funeral so I’ll have a Nice Cuppa and get on with it. Have a lovely day. John
