I couldn't quite figure out if I needed to brown hashbrowns before I put them in the pan or not, so I didn't. they were soggy besides that it was GREAT, will make again and again. :chef :hungry

Just made this and it was a huge hit. I used bacon bc I didn't have ham and I added sour cream to the potatoes and the eggs. I browned the hash browns first. Very very good

Made this for Christmas morning & everybody loved it, I added cubed ham, 2 more eggs & an extra cup of cheese
