This looks lovely but I am Irish and in my country I have never heard of “00” flour. Does it have another name by any chance?

Pasta Patrick @pastapatrick
So double zero flour “00” has been milled down to a finer texture and gives pasta dough lightness and stretch. I usually find it at stores like Whole Foods, smaller specialty groceries, or at Italian markets. I did look though and you should be able to find it at Tesco. If you can’t find it though I’d just use all purpose!https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/258144405
