we call it "asabe'a zainab" it's arabian word means zainab's finger..hahahaa ! i know it's funny but thats it..!- the diferanc that after fraying we dep it in a syrab made by sugar and water with a couple of lemon drops..we usualy ate it in Ramadan-the fasting month ..- Relly i like your recipe :-)
