Those asking about temperature - I did at 170 degrees celcius
For the water - 450ml was enough to give it the sticky consistency.
I also used butter instead, 4 tablespoons.
My daughter and I have used this recipe more than 4 times now and it’s a good one.

I must add it was 400ml for 4 cups of water and not 2 as the recipe calls for.
