it was very good and fast. I was really surprised at how flavorful it was. I used garlic and herb bread crumbs though. excellent change from
typical lemon fish everyday when your on a diet!

used Bassa ...a Wonderful white firm mild fish. I used buttermilk to coat fish & added chili powder to bread crumb mixture. great recipe. Thank you.

I just added some shredded cheese on top and put it back in the oven, after it was turned off, and let it melt. Even the kids loved it and that's really saying something :grace

This was great! Really flaky, moist and flavorful! I also used Tilapia (it's my family's favorite white fish). It cooked for exactly fifteen minutes and came out perfect. I used five pieces of fish and still had some of the coating left over. I also added 1/4 tsp. of Cajun seasoning. One of my favorite new ways to cook fish (:
