If the potatoes are raw won't the steak be overdone by the time they are soft?

I guess it all depends on your preference on how u like the steak. If you find that the steak is to over done. Then before anything cook your steak to your preference then set aside. Cook the potatoes and that til potatoes are tender. Add steak and rest of ingredients and finish with rest of the directions. I hope that helps answer your question 🙂
