sooo very good. but I put a thin sliced of red cooked potato at the bottom then added sausage and egg instead of just scrambled then of course topped with shredded yellow cheese very yummy :hungry :positive

I've made these for years for my daughter. They are great for on the go breakfasts. I sometimes add diced ham or bacon to the eggs or salsa.

Yummy! added a little salsa on top for final bake then topped with guacamole for a huevos rancheros twist. Am going to try again and add crumbled bacon and crumbled tater tots... ~(o.o)~

I used bisquit dough from Pillsbury and added sausage and potatoes. :-) good recipe to create ur own twist.
