I just tried this recipe. only thing I did was to double it. and my first impression is that there’s too much milk powder. should there be less powder when making more than one portion of this recipe? feels like the marshmallows and butter didn’t absorb the powder like I think it should.

Of course you can reduce the milk powder to 60-70g if you prefer but please do make sure the marshmallows are almost melted completely before you add in any milk powder. Hope it will work this time. 🙂👍🏻

I am afraid that there is no replacement for milk powder in this recipe. You shall be able to get that at Sainsbury’s or Tesco. Hope this is helpful. 👍🏻
