This was really easy to prepare and cook and tasted great.
I used boned out legs of lamb and cooked in the oven for an hour. after cooking, I reduced the cooking liquid on the stovetop down to a jus consistency then cut up lamb and stirred it through the jus and served. Delish!!

I added 1 potato and carrots to the sauce and baked the dish for 1 hour@ 350 degree. tastes great.
