I was very hard to keep the mac in a ball. Most on them fell apart in the oil. Since the noodle was a tube, the oil went right into the hole and was like eating oil. It was okay, I did like the crunch it had to it though. :suspicious

Is making mac and cheese really leftovers if you immediately stick it in the fridge after it is prepared? Also, if "you are" making this for the first time, you do have to play with the quantities to get the right consistency, especially if using actual leftovers. Remember to also use "your" grown-up words if "you are" posting to a public forum.
Also, this recipe is obviously missing steps (roll firmly packed mac and cheese ball in flour before frying).

Not bad. The kids really liked it! It was hard to keep together I added more cheese before putting any flour on. That seemed to help. Make sure you have flour on your hands though or they stick to your hands

For the amount of effort trying to get them to stay together and the actual taste I don't think it was worth it ... The concept was good but the outcome could have been much better !
