I stuck close to the recipe. I decided to make it spicier by adding hot and medium sausage, medium picante sauce, and one packet of hot taco seasoning.

Followed the recipe exactly, it was very good. Will make it again. Want to add cheese to the top or inside next time. :chef

my boyfriend loves meatloaf but all recipe ts have been falling short. so I found this it was the most appealing... made it and it was amazing he loved it " best meatloaf he ever had'' my whole family all loved it only thing I will change next time is the taco seasoning I will go down to two packs instead of 3... other than that it was amazing... everyone must try :-)
