This was very good. I reduced ketchup to 1/4 cup and added 1/4 cup sriracha for the sauce, and added grated ginger to the marinade

1/4 cup Sriracha? That would be hot for me but I wish if I could have tried your Chicken Wings. I will definitely add Sriracha next time. Thank you for your inspiration.
