I loved these! So easy to make. I had mine with apple sauce, but I also made sausage gravy for my spouse. The only thing I did different was I shredded the potatoes and used my microwave steamer (highly recommend one) before I made the mixture.

I tried these last night (first recipe I have ever tried using this app.), unfortunately the texture just wasn't for me, but halfway through cooking i added streaky bacon and white cheddar cheese to the mixture, these were served with tomato sauce. I enjoyed this version more, although the bacon compensates for the salt originally added, therefore if making them again i would probably just leave out the salt.
