Delicious! Mam, once batter is ready for how many days we can store it in fridge & which tawa to use for dosa making? Can we use the same tawa for making roti..? Please help i am planning to purchase.

@Lalit321 During Summers preferably keep the batter without adding salt for 2 days. In winters you can keep for 3 days without adding salt. Store in airtight container in fridge.
Don't use the same tawa for dosa and roti.
Use iron tawa for making dosa as well as roti.
