Great recipe. Quick and tasty. I added some margarine dollops in the pan prior to cooking in the oven.

I used legs as that is what I had on hand. Also used Panko bread crumbs. Very moist and crunchy. I will try it again with breasts next time. Everyone loved it. Even the ones that don't like mayo, they didn't even know. Lol

THIS WAS AMAZING!! Instead of chicken breasts I used chicken legs and I added some extra brown spices and marinated it overnight and then followed this recipe. And it truly was phenomenal!!!! Family wants me to make this every week! :ohyeaah

I make this all of the time! You can substitute the mayo for sour cream or plain yogurt. I like to add more Italian bread crumbs, some garlic powder, and oregano. So good!

OMG This is the best ever! I used Hellman's. I didn't have Italian bread crumbs, so I added garlic powder and Italian seasoning with a small amount of plain bread crumbs. I will definitely make this again and again!!! :hungry

This was delicious! The kids really enjoyed it. In fact, my 9 year old son ate two. Will definitely have again. I added more bread crumbs though. :hungry

I used nonfat plain greek yogurt instead of mayo, and plain panko breadcrumbs with a ranch seasoning packet. It was a hit! I cut my piece up and topped a salad with it and it was fantastic. Next time I'm going to make it into nuggets or strips for some extra crunchiness :ohyeaah This is such a versatile recipe you can use plain breadcrumbs and any kind of seasoning you want! I'll definitely be making again, and again and again.....

This is a first class recipe. You do not need expensive chicken fillets for this; cheaper ones are fine! Make your own breadcrumbs as I did. I made the coating with mayo as per the recipe with grated Parmesan or any hard cheese then added crumbled English blue Stilton cheese , yummy. For the potato mash I used three pods of garlic butter but use more or less as to your taste. For British followers gas mark 6 at 35 minutes is about right. A knob of butter on top of the mash and broccoli; voila! Regards Peter.
