Simply.....simple.
Simplicity does not mean that this dish lacks in flavor in any way, nooooooo, felt like my taste buds were having a heart attack as soon as I ate this.
Black pepper encrusted prosciutto is a cool zesty way to spice this up, and giving the wrapped canteloupe spears a few turns on the grill, or grill iron sings summer time is here! :excited
