Hi. I'm Michelle. I am blind. I am curious about the assembly. As good as image description is, I didn't understand what to do in the first step. Am I to place the almond dough first and then the pastry dough on top and use cookie cutters to cut them?

Yes you place dough in the bottom, almond dough and then again dough. Its 3 layers.

I also had another question. I was unclear about exactly what temperature to bake them at. 180? Is that Fahrenheit or Celsius? I'm in the United States. My oven is it to Fahrenheit.
