This is just how I make mine, except with half the butter, real minced garlic (2 cloves) and just a drizzle of evoo and honey at the very end to cut through the bitterness. My husband loves them and cannot get enough! He also likes them cooked just a bit longer, especially when I am using fresh. :-)
