very easy to make. we didn't have frozen veggies, so I used canned ones and skipped the sauteing step. also added fresh onion and garlic. :ohyeaah

i omitted mushrooms and peas.i added fresh potatoes and carrots and fresh jalapenos.i also used chili ground hamburger meat.i served with jalapeno cheese cornbread muffins.

my mom makes a stew JUST LIKE THIS but she usually adds red kidney beans. It's so yummy.
