yes. it was truly the favorite. served over 50 people this weekend and almost all said this was the best.

ya, it was work. lol. I served 20 lbs king salmon grilled 3 ways. 40 bbqed marinade 6 0z sirloin steaks, 200 jalapeño bacon wrapped smoked poppers. half stuffed with crab and smoked salmon half with pineapple and cream cheese. spent a little while in the kitchen, but had a great time.
