Fantastic traditional recipe, only thing i would do differently is to use marsala wine instead of the rum to make it a classic. Its all preference though, i use tia maria in mine as its way cheaper than marsala!!!

Very yummy. Prep time was definitely more than 8 minutes and it was messy putting them together. But very tasty!

I would recommend making vanilla cream base... so you do not have those raw eggs inside, love the idea with the jars
