I changed this up a little and fried the wings in coconut oil. It doesn't leave the "fried food" smell in the kitchen and has no cholesterol. It was amazing! I will be making this again, sooner than later.

Good recipe. I slightly fried my wings (I didnt get the crispness, because of this) and used "I cant believe its not butter." Also made a batch of wings with bbq sauce and another batch with Garlic and Parm. cheese. I will make this again.

made these wings turned out delicious bit I tweaked a few things. mixed 1.5 TBSP of EVO and 1 TBSP of lemon pepper seasoning (added more as needed for larger batch of wings), so they weren't too salty. coated wings and placed on rack on oven tray baked on oven tray @ 400 for about 45 mins, turned half way thru. I didn't pre-fry because it didn't make sense to me. they still had a nice crisp to them. husband and I loved them

no recipe for from scratch lemon pepper? if you do use pre made lemon pepper make sure to get the highest quality you can. cheap lemon pepper tastes like chemicals.

the recipe was delicious, other than the fact that it says to 'dip' the wings in the lemon pepper, so I did and it was WAY TOO MUCH. id recommend just lightly seasoning all around the wing. other than that it was great (:

After I fried the wings, I melted a stick of butter, added lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning and...half a pack of lemon Kool aid. Mix this all together in a bowl, add the wings & thoroughly cover the wings. The Kool aid gives it the extra tartness.
