This is a MUST save recipe. added fresh onion, garlic and cilantro to the ground beef along with a small can of Mexican corn. This is a great dish for a pot luck or family dinner. very easy to make a head and pop in the oven or even to freeze.

Delicious! Everyone loved it. I added onion and some green chilies to beef mixture. It did take a while to make but well worth it ~(o.o)~

I added 8oz cream cheese, 4oz ricotta cheese and substituted pepper jack cheese for the mozzarella... it was delicious!!
