haven't tried with mango rum, but i enjoy a shot of coconut rum w/ the pineapple rum. then chase with dole pineapple orange juice. so so good. nice drink for my girls movie night on Mondays!

@Ckikis Cruzan should be at any liquor store you go to. Centennial will have them. I live in Dallas.

This "version" was good! Guess I'm LAZY according to the previous review? I'll say this again....Heaven forbid someone posts a different variation of a recipe. Why point it out?!? o_O :annoyed. And btw...there's nothing wrong with this recipe ...I see other "lazy" versions on other sites. NOT calling anyone out! Just pointing out that the NON lazy recipe isn't the only recipe for the Cruzan Confusion! I don't want the cover for this recipe...I voted for the original picture! :-)

Sounds good, you can also use coconut rum, and instead use Hawaiian Punch! Yummy!! Salud!!

I live on the island of St. Croix, where Cruzan Rum is made. Just so you know, the actual recipe calls for a mixture of ALL of the flavored Cruzan Rums, a mix of orange juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and a floater of Cruzan black strap. I guess if you're lazy, this version will do... But its not how we make it on the island of St. Croix.

It tastes good..BUT honestly its not enough alcohol. I had to dump in way more rum! Id suggest buying a large bottle of reg rum along with everything else bc you will need it!
