Good and easy! I made these ahead and froze them so my husband could pull out in the early morning and reheat, he's up at 4am so this way he still gets a hot breakfast :)

Really yummy! I've made them twice. I used frozen biscuits and let them thaw, which I thought would turn out horrible the first time but worked well anyway...I had to keep wetting my hands so the biscuit wouldn't stick to me.

These delicious sammiches are handy, portable and a great addition to breakfast potluck! They are labor intensive for making multiple batches but are super simple to produce a quality product. I would suggest this to any foodies looking to try breakfast differently.

delicious!!!! I put sliced American chz down first, then layered with the eggs and Bacon. I added chopped tomatoes and some shredded chz on top. perfect!!!!
