absolutely amazing. i put a few leaves of spinach over each fillet before wrapping em. and made it alongside Thai brown rice. gf loved it. ~(o.o)~

Came out a bit too salty on our first try (maybe our fish were too small, but that's easy to adjust. A very simple and delicious recipe. We enjoyed it.
