This recipe is very tasty. I used pecans and almonds and added 1/2 tsp Nutmeg. I noticed a mistake in the recipe ?? The ingredients list Baking Powder but the instructions only mention Baking Soda. I added 1/2 tsp Baking Soda as well as the Baking Powder. The end result was (is!) very tasty but perhaps a little drier than I would like in a Banana Bread - any ideas on how to make it moister as I like to put butter on my Banana Bread. Will be making it again !!!

This looks scrumptious, Victor! You could try adding another half banana, 2 to 3 Tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt, or a splash more oil. All those options will help to make a moister banana bread (but not all at once ;) ).

Thanks Shinae ... I like the sour cream option ... not sweet but nice and rich. BTW my GF was impressed with the appearance and flavour ... will be doing it again with the sour cream !!!
