My mom used to make make with mango cut into pieces and Gur and other ingredients ( she used to dry the mango pieces with turmeric and salt just like other pickle and cook this khatta meetha aam KO Achaar ) and bottle it n we used to enjoy. My Gujrati friend makes Chunda in non cooking method....my hubby loves it ...I had got the recipe from her but not tried till now....will try one day .

Dear my recipe is instant cooked & taste is too good, so now a days every thing & every one likes quick .we can preserve it for 15 days .so I am satisfied , but dear you are professional chef so you can do it . Tried at once & tell me the feedback good luck .
