Wow..chamre bhaat also made from broken rice? If possible share the recipe.. I have huge attraction for traditional recipes..

Yes from broken rice ....khudi...in Nepali khudi is call Kanika n preparation is called Chamre Bhaat .....before lots of broken rice used to be in there remember in rice ....not like nowadays clean whole rice used to come...with nanglo (round one) like Bangla Sup , Kanika used to be seperated with the help of it and then sometimes chaamre Bhaat used to be made as breakfast. Will share but I don't have Kanika will have to cook with Ambemohar rice .

@Jibitakhanna bilkul.. I use a trick to make khudi at home by soaking basmati for 1 hour and then break it using palms..sort of a close khudi result can be achieved also..
