Nice combination. I’m a great believer in using broccoli stalks and not discarding them. And Lancashire cheese imparts its own particular flavour

It's so refreshing, it's nice to taste the broccoli, a fresh and unusual taste because sometimes you don't eat it too often. Then the cheese so light and dairy tasting. Well worth the make.
