Hi! Thanks for this.I bought a 1 kilo mixed grains pack but I don’t know how to store it. Says on the pack to put in refrigerator. As is? Or do I need to transfer? The pack has a zip lock tho. Worried it will become damp inside and grow mold... tips? TIA

1 kilo pack never last long and I have never stored uncooked grains in the fridge. I would store it in the pantry, but it depends on the climate where you live.

What I do often in cook the grains and subdivide into smaller portions, then I freeze.

Ah. Its very humid here unlike the dry weather in AU. I will try that, big batch then freeze. Thank you! From freezer, I microwave or steam?
