This is so interesting. Im from Thailand and here we use kefir Lime leaves in cooking a lot but not Lime leaves. I looks really refreshing. Already saved and will send cooksnap when i finish. Thanks for sharing.

i had this in one of the cantonese restuarants in hong kong and of coz they made it much better since they cut those lime leaves like threads, tried cooking it at home and it did taste similar 😀

Yes after texting this morning i went to my small garden and picked and tasted a lime leaf for the first time its really interesting a tad sour fragrant, similar to kefir lime leaf bit more citrus heightened. So cut a few into thin strips and top it on my spicy rice noodle stir fried. Love it. Its a very nice discovery. Im putting it in my recipe and will of course credit you for introducing me to this overlooked ingredient. Too bad i will be in meditation course for 2 weeks , can't wait to recreating your corn and lime leaf recipe.
