Not the best fritter I have ever tasted... but pretty damn good. and easy and I will make again...Part of the problem is I cannot get the best apples...but family ate them up... :-) this is not a bad review at all but the ghost in the machine says I cannot post without explaining why I gave the recipient only 3.5 stars out of 4...I don't call that bad at all and I explained a big part of the problem was that I cannot get the really good apples in Thailand I used to get in northern California...that my dears is not the recipient problem...and yes it affected the outcome...hugs and kisses sweet people :-) :-) :-)
