Very nice. My wife and I love avocado-based meals, especially for breakfast. Incidentally, last night we saw a short video on the last Mail Boat to St. Helena and then one on flying there. Looked a lovely community.

arrr lovely, glad you found it interesting. St Helena is a lovely community, I do miss it. yes I love a good avocado meal too, I have quite a few recipes with avocado I'm planning on adding on. Including a yummy avocado pudding that I absolutely adore.

I love avocado and pear but I just don't like the idea of the eggs I need my eggs whisked before frying or baking. But if I really feel for it,I will try it
