I agree, Miss Fluffy! for me too, I spread clotted cream first followed by jam...but according to Darren McGrady the Queen always had homemade Balmoral jam first :D

Anyway, I LOVE SCONES and could not live without an afternoon or high tea :D I also shared Darren's shortbread recipe, the ones he used to bake for the Queen at Balmoral castle :)
