Tried this recipe today except I used 1% milk instead of buttermilk and added wet ingredients into food processor after mixing them together in a bowl. Still got a great result-wonderful, fluffy pancakes, slightly sweet, nice flavor and color.
Paired them with a peach compote for a great presentation and taste.
