Hey bro you my brother from another mother? I dig the same, and would rather make my own stuff for a buck fiddy than $5.99 or more like $8.99 to get the heat I want, thanks!!!

Absolutely. It will give you months of shelf life until you open. Once you do, if you keep it refrigerated you’ll get about two weeks from then.

Super tasty, and super spicy! Wanted to use for a batch of chicken wings but i‘m not sure i can handle that...

Ha! Yeah it’s up there on the heat scale. You could remove the seeds and veins to make it a little less damaging on the tongue but otherwise, maybe using habanero instead of ghost or something in the middle. Thanks for trying my recipe!

Sounds delicious. Getting ready to make...how long does it last once stored in a bottle with a lid in refrigerator? I see your note about how long it will last canned.
Thank you. Look forward to making it.

Hi! I would say no more than 2-3 weeks. Shake it up every other day or so (if not used) to keep everything mixed.

Hi Boca!
Just wondering why you give it such low estimate of 2-3 weeks. Shouldn't boiling and vinegar keep sauce good for at least 3-5 months?

Just going off my experience Andre. Maybe it’s got something to do with the fresh fruit acidity but after a while it gets a tad bitter. To me, when the taste changes after a certain amount of time, it tells me that the shelf life has expired. However, you can do a canning procedure using canning jars and if left unopened and properly sealed in a cool dry place, it should last several months.
