Great recipe and very easy to make. I made these a few weeks ago and my son and husband has asked me sever times to make them.

I let the chicken marinade in straight pickle juice for about 2 hours. It was some of the best chicken I've fried. Didn't taste like Chick Fila but it was good!

It worked out great...I was a lil nervous about the whole pickle juice and powdered sugar thing but turned out fine...I did use more salt & pepper tho. :nod

My son used to work at Chick fil A he told me to do it differently. Marinate the chicken breasts in straight pickle juice. Drain pat dry and cut into bite sized pieces. Mix egg with milk. Set aside. And 2 extra tablespoons of powdered sugar. Try it you'll love it!!!!

This was delicious! The chicken was juicy on the inside & crispy outside with great flavor. Put on a biscuit with pickles & coleslaw as a sandwich. BF was happy & wanting more 😋

I took bits from this recipe and another one I found online along with some of my own cooking experiments in the past. I marinated the chicken in pickle juice (along with the pickles and made fried pickles in the end) along with Italian dressing. I let it marinate about 4 hrs dipped the chicken in the milk and egg mixture coated it in bisquick and powdered sugar (with added spices) and pan fried until golden brown. Was a HUGE hit! Even my soon to be father in law who isn't a fan of chicken loved it! It was even better the next day!
The fried pickles.... I used the same method I just left the powdered sugar out. Both went very well together!

Using peanut oil is the key. This are so choose to the real thing. I like them plain or tossed in

These were okay. I tried this recipe and followed everything but they didn't taste like I thought they would. The next day I tried what a reviewer suggested (@boonedocks). Marinate the chicken in just pickle juice, mix milk and egg, mix dry ingredients but add 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar instead of 2....so delicious! This method won everyone over.
