Good question, antonia: i use quite a bit, as you can tell from the recipe. May I suggest you make a tablespoon of whipped cream and stir a teaspoon of rosewater in to see how it tastes? That way you can adjust to your own taste. A teaspoon is 5 ml, a tablespoon is 25 ml, so that would be one part of rosewater to five parts of heavy cream. I used one to two. Let me know!
