The pie turned out wonderful. Im am making the mirang now. I do know you have to wait till the egg whites are room temp then whip and I put cream of tarter in mine when they are peaking. Whip whip whip! Thank you for the recipe. I didnt get my mommas. I miss mom and grandma. And their food!!
