Thanks Angie. We loved it but there were a lot of bones. That doesn’t bother us at all but we probably would use breast fillets for a dinner party.

Amazing John, looks so Tasty. but i can't eat pheasant ,rabbit , pigeons , any game really, but I have eaten deer meat! 🤣🤣

Thanks but that’s very disappointing for you Maureen. However, venison is also very good. I can recommend my Venison & Chestnut Casserole (already on Cookpad) and will probably write up a couple of my other venison dishes over the winter.

@JohnA I added a venison recipe a few weeks ago. I don't know why I just can't bring myself to eat most game I just don't know why I feel horrible about eating them...strange. I sat with a friend once a long time ago, he had 3 pigeons as the dish was brought to him I think I over thought it and had to go to the loo to get away from watching him eat it 🤣🤣🤣🤣
