Great recipe. I usually skip the self-raising flour, cut the hot dogs into bits, and add honey.

we cut our hot dogs up and brown them a bit then mixed in with the batter. Pretty good.

This seems simple enough to have my daughter help out, plus she loves corndogs...so this is a must ! :0)
